Building/Development Process
- Fill out the application form with all contact information including cell numbers, email address, and signature.
- Email completed application to Mannie Withrow as indicated on forms.
- Application will be reviewed, then an application fee will be established where you will be contacted to pay the application fee at the Town of Stellarton office.
- Once the fee has been paid and confirmed by the Town, the application will be processed for the insurance of permits.
- Permits will be emailed to your address on the application or can be mailed if requested.
